To cancel an order, please contact us in writing (letter or e-mail). Orders may be cancelled any time from placing the order until seven working days from the day of receipt of the goods. Customers must take reasonable care of items returned ensuring they are in their unopened original packaging and that they are securely packaged for transit and clearly labeled.
Returns are sent at the customers' own expense.
If goods are found to be faulty, any return costs will be refunded to you.
Always use the least expensive method of returning the faulty item. Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate a refund, replacement or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Personalised items or items that have been made specifically for you are non-refundable due to the bespoke nature of the items, unless an error has occurred. Under these circumstances will ensure a replacement will be manufactured and sent (free of charge) upon return of faulty item.
